Has anyone had the same problem as me? I purchased the s25 ultra by pre order, I've had it for nearly a month now and I still haven't recieved my samsung shop points.

Should be added a few days after your return window closes (well mine did) but 😂 it's only worth a few quid lol don't think you can even buy a cable !

I assume you ordered from the retail store and not EPP or another discount programme ?

The reason i ask is that EPP doesnt give out points due to their discounted prices.

If it is the retail store and eligible purchase then usually it takes a while... at least longer than the 14 days return period... and if it is a busy time then maybe longer.

I am just a consumer so I can't give a timeline but contact customer service if you have any concerns.

To be honest the points aren't worth much, usually pennies once you convert your points into cash.

I got my points about 2 weeks after I got my S25 Ultra on 1 Feb. I ordered mine through the Samsung Shop app.
