Missing reward points

Who would I contact regarding missing reward points. 

I have recently made 2 purchases but have not recieved any points for my order. 

1 of the orders was placed over 37 days ago. 

The Samsung shop app shows the points earned but they aren't showing on my account. 

Any help is appreciated

You must be logged in to your account when you purchase items to get reward points.
Only thing you can do is contact Samsung Customer Support to see if they can add them
