@Allen C: Are you currently based in the US? If so, have you spoken with Mint Mobile to ensure that you have a US model which is compatible in your current region? Regarding 5G, please try heading to Settings > Connections > Mobile network > Network mode, and enabling 5G/4G/3G/2G (auto connect).

Thanks for your reply. Have you ever talked with Mint Mobile Support?
I haven't been able to receive Phone Calls since 12/26 upon receipt of the phone (except for a brief period where someone who had something on the ball did something to my Network Settings. I then went to intermittent dropped calls all over the place (unlike my S9 that I moved from because of battery life). To try to fix that I resorted to Samsung support and they had me do a Network Rest (which put my phone back in the mode of not receiving phone calls).
This got me wondering what kind of New Phone they sold me. So, in my Network Setting I only have an LTE/3G/2G Option or I can move down to 3G/2G or 3G Only or 2G Only.
So basically, I am trying to find out if my phone is locked into some kind down-graded Baseband that doesn't allow me to have 5G on my 5G Phone or if I can somehow enable a 5G Network Mode.

@Allen C: If you're unable to update your phone over the air via Wi-Fi by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install, then this suggests that the device is not intended for use in your current region. This is due to software variances that exist in our mobile devices from country to country. Your ability to connect to a 5G mobile data signal depends on your network, however the option should still be visible in Settings > Connections > Mobile networks, as per the above. I definitely recommend reaching out to Mint Mobile Support if possible, or trying another compatible SIM in the device to see if this helps.

Thanks.
I actually think it was not intended to be used on a 5G Network and Mint Mobile locked down the upgrades for Android.
