If an update is available for your phone, once you connect it to your PC/laptop, you'll be prompted to download the latest update.

Oh, that is very strange, @Bigbro69. If your phone was supplied by O2, I'd recommend reaching out to its Support Team to establish why it is showing up as a non-UK device.
Please let us know what you are advised by O2.
