Vibration not working note 10+

The vibration is not working when the phone is laying down but once I hold it the vibration works normally.

Do you mean it's because of the phones orientation? What happens when you're physically holding the phone flat (horizontal).

It vibrates normally, I think the issue is when im holding the phone it vi rates normaly once I put it down it doesnt vibrate

Thanks. Can you do two diagnostic vibration tests please. Do one when the phone is lying flat on a surface and another when being held in the hand. Post back with both results.
