Note 205G not connected on network

After a recent update on my note 20 5G it is not connecting on network , I have tried to clear up space on my phone , rebooting the device,  turning airplane mode on and off nothing seems to be working , did anyone experience such and how was it sorted out ? When I put the other sim in a different phone it is working well and the other sim is an e sim

Have you tried resetting the network? Head over to settings then > general management, then scroll down to reset, then click reset mobile network settings. If it doesn't work then reach out to your carrier

I took my phone to a samsung certified center and I'm guessing it was a hardware issue,  they fixed it in less than an hour without resetting to factory settings.  Ps I had tried network reset . I'm happy that I did not lose my data . The fixing cost me about less than 10usd
