Lat night, I have empty battery after recharging, screen not response but Spen is working. How can I fix?

Hi, @Members_qp9HOMy. It's important you get your phone working as expected. Are you able to elaborate on what happened here and which steps you've already tried, please? For instance, did you charge your Note10 Lite using an official Samsung power adapter?

Also, please can you let us know the ways in which your screen is not responsive? I ask this, as the first part of your post indicates that your phone is out of charge, but I'm a bit confused as you mentioned that the screen is not responding but the S Pen is working.

Hi there, 👋 if you using a case on your phone try to take it off and see if that makes any difference, if not and you can still use your phone with the s pen you could go to phones keypad/dialer enter *#2663# then tap WACOM FW button do all updates on there the last one should reboot your device if you can't control your phone with s pen you could try run your phone into safe mode and wipe cache partition. If nothing works then it might be faulty digitizer whitch in this case you might have to replace whole screen.

Yes, but sometime shared charger from my friend, I don't know the official one. Only Type C.

Thanks for the photo. I'm still not quite sure which app this is, or what specifically it's reporting. Have you been able to get your phone up and running again?
