Hi Community,
I have updated my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra since then I have a problem with the network operator selection, mobile phone unable to find network. Tried to reset network settings, try to add access points, tried changing network operator selection but did not work. Same SIM car is working on iPhone no it seems it's not a sim card problem.
Some how I can't turn off network operator selection to manuall and getting error . Could someone guide me here ?

1. Check for Software UpdatesGo to Settings > Software update > Download and install.Make sure your phone is running the latest software version, as updates often fix network-related bugs.2. Verify Network Mode SettingsGo to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.Ensure it is set to LTE/3G/2G (Auto connect) or 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto connect) depending on your carrier.3. Reboot into Safe ModeRestart your phone in Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is interfering with network settings.Turn off your phone.Turn it back on while holding the Volume Down button until the Samsung logo appears. In Safe Mode, try selecting the network operator manually again. If it works, an app might be causing the problem. Uninstall recently installed or suspicious apps.4. Reset APN SettingsGo to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Reset to Default. If your carrier requires specific APN settings, enter them manually.5. Force Manual Network SelectionOpen the Phone app and dial *#*#4636#*#* to access the testing menu (if available on your device).Go to Phone Information > Set Preferred Network Type.Try selecting LTE only or the appropriate network type.6. Check SIM Card and SIM SlotEnsure the SIM card is seated properly in the slot.Try inserting the SIM card into the other SIM slot if your phone has dual SIM support.7. Factory Reset (Last Resort)If nothing works, back up your data and perform a factory reset:Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset. After resetting, check if the problem is resolved before restoring your apps or settings.8. Contact Samsung or CarrierIf the issue persists, it could be a hardware problem or a bug specific to your phone’s firmware version.Contact Samsung Support or your network carrier for further assistance.
Let me know if any of these steps help!
