Hi Community,
I have updated my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra since then I have a problem with the network operator selection, mobile phone unable to find network. Tried to reset network settings, try to add access points, tried changing network operator selection but did not work. Same SIM car is working on iPhone no it seems it's not a sim card problem.
Some how I can't turn off network operator selection to manuall and getting error . Could someone guide me here ?

Hello! I have the exactly same problem, working perfect before the last update and then no network after the update, it is frustating , i am now some hours trying to resetint it many times but not lucky.

I have the same problem it does not register to the 3 Denmark network. My software is up-to-date ir is a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G

i have the same issue with with s21 ultra after update of one ui 6.1 . it complete broke the network. use different sim cards with different network it does not work even same sim cards with other handset perfectly working fine . did all the settings for reset and all still does not work .
Just for the clarification nothing problem with network provider it is with samsung software as i travelled to different continent and its the same issue with their sim cards and same sim cards are working on other handsets . so it does problem with samsung software. we must need the immediate resolutions. @samsungsupport team look this matter urgently .

My samsung note 20 Ultra 5g , single sim tray was working extremely good since last 1 year. After recent update on 28 april, 2025 broke the network badly. I am facing a trouble for using this phone..Please help. send a remedy, update or do anything to make the beautiful phone work again. Otherwise i'll have to go back to my note10, 5g....which is downgrade. help help help. I am using AIRTEL sim and got it changed as well. did factory reset..nothing works. pl resolve immediately. Thank you for your support. I have been using note series since its inception..you can imagine how much I love NOTE series. SM-N986N is the model name. Thanks again. Godspeed!

..If I switch to mannual selection of network. it shows the service providers which are available. but unable to select as it doesn't connect. just more info..

Also have the same problem with the same model. I tried turning airplane mode on and off, but it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Please help 😞
