Hi Community,
I have updated my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra since then I have a problem with the network operator selection, mobile phone unable to find network. Tried to reset network settings, try to add access points, tried changing network operator selection but did not work. Same SIM car is working on iPhone no it seems it's not a sim card problem.
Some how I can't turn off network operator selection to manuall and getting error . Could someone guide me here ?

I thought I was alone with this problem but I guess not. I even changed sim providers twice!!!! Sim tray/connection to internals is also secure I double checked!!
This problem is getting really really frustrating. I get no service and data now. Only vary rarely does it pop on.
Has anyone heard from Samsung about this software update issue?

To anyone affected by this:
If this very unusual issue persists, I highly recommend submitting an Error report at your earliest convenience.
You can send an Error report in the Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback> Click the arrow icon > Choose the most appropriate category > Ensure 'Send system log data' is ticked > Send > Allow the Samsung Members app to run in the background so that it can collect the error logs.
To attach data, such as video clips and screenshots, please click on the paperclip icon.

i sent the error trough the Samsung member app as you suggested, now i hope to receive a solution.
Local SAMSUNG service center (Italy, Siena, Marzocchi) failed to repair. SAMSUNG Italy support said there is no cause effect link and offer 25% price discount for a new mobile (!) .

been forced to move back to an S9..
I believe im going with an Iphone next time.
Paying 1200++€ so i can be in the same exact situation within the next 3 years?
or less! because this is the second time it happened to me. First time during warranty, they've replaced the Sub-PBA board or something like that. Ridicoulous. Sick of Samsung to be honest.
Even the watch had been an absolute disgrace:
Spotify app in the watch its a joke. If you need to go for a quick run and want to hear music, you have to do 50 thousant things: make it offline, etc etc etc. Not a very usefull app..
NOW THE FUNNY PART IS THAT IT'S NOT EVEN WORKING ANYMORE ... im really disappointed at Samsung..
