sim manager not showing

I have a Note 20 5g, and I want to add an eSim data plan for a trip abroad. For this I need the Sim card Manager under the connections menu but it is not showing. While several other posts asked a similar question, no usable or conclusive answer has been posted. When I type *#06# I see one barcode for the IMEI and one barcode for the sn.

Does this mean that an eSim is not usable?

Is an eSim only usable on a double Sim phone?

Is there any workaround?

Sorry, you are correct esims are only available on dual sim phones.
As this is a hardware issue, there is no practical solution, sorry.

Mine dual sim BUT also does not have esim option. Does that mean my phone has the posibility to adjust to make esim option available?. My phone model code is SM-N9860ZNGTGY
