I have a Note 20 5g, and I want to add an eSim data plan for a trip abroad. For this I need the Sim card Manager under the connections menu but it is not showing. While several other posts asked a similar question, no usable or conclusive answer has been posted. When I type *#06# I see one barcode for the IMEI and one barcode for the sn.
Does this mean that an eSim is not usable?
Is an eSim only usable on a double Sim phone?
Is there any workaround?

Hello 👋 @Rafeek Mohamed and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
To add an eSim the feature first has to be available in your Sim Manager section.
And the phone needs to be dual sim so it has two imei numbers.
The eSim takes up the secondary slot of a dual sim phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
