My phone has lost network for two days now

Hello 👋 @Sharon39 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section. 

Is this issue happening everywhere or in a particular area 🤔 

Might be a mast issue or mast congestion. 

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone, and use a different sim card in your phone and then see what happens. 

On the phone there is a diagnostic test tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything. 

And you can reset the mobile network settings. 

Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings > Turn the phone Off and On.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.
