Hi over the last week I've been having signal issues with my phone it's a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g it all started last Monday when I couldn't make or receive call and there was no mobile WiFi connection available but if i restartedmy phone it would sometimeswork again for a short time.
So I rang ee Tuesday and after being kn the phone for a hour I was told there are no issues in my area and to monitor it!!! .
Wednesday I rang them again to say it was still the same and after going through all the same restart and reset processes they said they would send me out a new sim card which would hopefully solve the issue guess what it didn't.
So Thursday I go to my local ee store and was told all they can do in store was to put another replacement sim in which they did and things have been slightly better since then if I'm honest but still the signal isn't what it should be.
I'm nit on the verge of going and buying a replacement phone has the insurance will not not look at it and I can't put up with it any longer.
Has anyone else has similar issues over the last week with EE in the uk or could it be that my phone is on its way out?

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app. Otherwise it has done well for 4 years

Go to Settings

Search Reset MOBILE network settings and action

No loss of data and EE will update your APNs (used to access their network) in seconds.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Ive been with EE over the past few years. Ive not really had any issues with them. I'm not having any issues with it on my S23. It could be the fact that Note 20 Ultra not longer gets software updates anymore that could probably fix the issue. Are you living in a rural area or something?

Hi there 👋 and warm welcome to the community.

I've been on EE for several years and have no issues outdoors or indoors.

As advised you should try diagnostics on members app or reseting your network settings.

Worth mentioning that the phone is no longer supported and that could cause issues.

Also you can always check the signal in your area and if there's any outages :
https://www.ofcom.org.uk/mobile-coverage-checker

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

You can also try new sim cards and see if the issue is within your sim card or put the sim card into different phone and see if the issue persists, if so you might take a look at new phones as nowdays even some A series devices comes with 7 years updates.
