NOTE 20 ULTRA NOT SHOWING SIM MANAGER AND CAN'T ADD ESIM

Hello everyone, I have a #Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Korea Version, I have updated the software to the latest version but I still can't be able to see the sim manager option to be able to add esim. I've tried different things and ideas but I seem to be going no where. I've added a screen shot showing connections, another for when I check Imei number and the 3rd for software info. I'd really appreciate your support on this matter.  Thank you

Is there a way to get this fixed by samsung through a software update or something, or I just have to accept reality and move on

No, sorry the Korean model has different hardware and firmware which is not interchangeable with other models so not possible, sorry
