People won't hear me on speakerphone

Hello, I'm having this problem when I make calls that is when I switch to speakerphone, people on the other line don't hear me. But when I switch off the speakerphone mode, things are normal and they can hear me. I tried resetting the settings and the problem won't go away. 

Any idea how to solve this?

Hi @Yasmin7 . Please remove any cases or covers on your phone as this can interfere with the speaker. 

Please test the receiver. If you are currently on a call, the call will be ended when you test the receiver.

1. From the phone dialler, enter *#0283#.
2. Select RCV Packet Loopback ON (it may appear as either Start : RCV_1stMic or RCV_DualMic on some devices).

Say a few words as if you were on a call. If you hear your own voice, it's working correctly.

As I'm having the issue in a similar way, people on the other line hear me while on speaker but cannot hear me otherwise. I did what you said and RCV_1stMic is not working, but 2nd mic is working since I can hear my own voice. What to do?
