Lost dual SIM choice in calls and messages after update to UI3. Anyone knows how to bring them back?

Before updating I've always had a choice of choosing which card I want to use for calling or sending messages, those options were always visible on screen. Now after updating for calls i get pop up windows asking for SIM while in messages I have no options at all. Does anyone using two SIM cards have the same problem?

@AntS - you should delete your post and all your list of many excuses!!! Last thing we want is for you to confuse others here!!! Shame on you, for not fulfilling your responsibilities as a Samsung employee - you must help escalate this issue and help get this fixed!!! Whqt exactly are you waiting for ?

Other than that the Samsung Community is for ALL, and not the few.  We don’t censor user experiences, opinions, ideas or advice regarding Samsung products and services just because other users don’t like or agree with them.

 

We’re not going to delete something just because you happen to disagree with it.

@AntS - As a Samsung employee , it is very irresponsible and disgusting of you to dodge the SIMPLE request!!!! You continue to give excuses and have no action plan to help us!

Please atleast help provide your Manager's contact info so we can email them directly. We would like to provide a formal complaint of your unprofessionalism, bad behavior and zero Client care on this matter. We will request them to help escalate this simple request since you this is too difficult for you to comprehend.

@AntS- oh you finally did something by looping in your Manager but yes your conduct is extremely unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and you have not provided any value to us here.

@SachikoT- please review this thread, by now I'm sure you are aware of this MAJOR issue that is being communicated not just on this community thread but many other Samsung communities. Perhaps you will slap @AntS on the wrist for the unprofessionalism, bad behaviour, just giving us excuses and zero efforts to escalate this. @TessM is equally responsible for unresponsiveness and dodging our simple request. This matter is extremely important and urgent as it is resulting SECURITY issues, COST issues and USER EXPERIENCE issues. Samsung must fix Android 11, UI 3.x to have two separate SIM1 + SIM2 buttons for Samsung Calls and Messages apps. Our temporary solution for past 6+ months has been to just revert back to Android 10, UI 2.5. We are running out of time since many corporations will eventually not allow and support Android 10 as per corporate enterprise policies and then we will be forced to upgrade. So requesting you to fulfill your responsibility as Samsung employees and help escalate this to Senior Ranking Samsung Executives. Reach out to the respective Executives Assistants to get their attention. This is extremely serious, if they care about SECURITY issues, COST issues, UX issues, Client Satisfaction and LOYALTY!

And here we are again, i said what i had to say one time the last time. But this is very much official, yesterday you rolled out a ***** update. And guess what, the ***** option is still not restored. how brainless can you people be? How many thousands of complaints did you get and you still do not restore the ***** functionality? GUYS ***** SAMSUNG, the only option i found to help after looking for it myself is to use CHOMP. CHOMP is still a bit annoying because you have to actually hold the send button a while to switch sims and the option is not very clear as in "no naming and coloring option". But yea there you go, they rolled several big updates and did not give a ***** about us, can't wait until samsung reveals the two cups and a wire communication service. Oh and btw, fkin deleting my samsung community account will not help you evade what i have to say.
