Hi, I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G mobile and recently got an update to One UI 5.1. Ever since the update, I haven’t been able to connect to my mobile network. Everything was working before the update. I have tried a number of things to get it working including another SIM card, resetting the network settings, wiping the device partition cache and factory resetting the phone. None of these fixed the issue. I know the issue is with the phone update and not the SIM as the the SIM works in other phones. Is there any other fix or workaround available ? Is anyone else having the same issue ?

Same problem here. If I disable 5g my phone works. Unfortunately I am paying for 5g and T-Mobile seems to have no fix.

Me too, I just keep Note 20 as a spare as no one takes responsibility for trashing it. I update it over wi-fi in the hope they will fix it on an upgrade

For me it's the same and it's happening in Australia. I tried resetting networks but the problem doesn't go. I checked through Phone Diagnosis it's showing results normal.

I installed app on my Note 20 Ultra (2-15-2024) it won't let me use as it says Samsung has locked out band selections as being available. Still no 5G for data, back to 4G
