Note 20 Ultra has S5K3M5 telephoto's sensor, that cannot record on 1080p60fps. But Xiaomi Mi 9, OnePlus 7 Pro, 8 Pro, Realme x2 Pro, Oppo Find X3, X5 normally records 1080p60fps on telephoto, all of this also has S5K3M5. Mi 9 has sensor with lower resolution than Note 20 Ultra's one, so it is not the answer. I have root and i enabled seamless zoom on 1080p60fps, ultrawide and main works great, but due telephoto can't record on that FrameRate, camera crashes, when I choose it. Software support is coming to end and I want to get answers or solution
