Update has stopped the touch screen from working on 3 separate A53's

I have had 3 Samsung A53's install updates in the last 5 days and after the updates all 3 touch screens on the phones have then not worked at all!!! Cannot turn the phone on or off, cannot go to settings, nothing at all. How does this happen and how can it be fixed?  So far, not impressed with Samsung for allowing their own updates to ruin their phones. Surely I don't have to wait until their next update to sort the problem?  So far, no-one can help fix this!

Same issue here with several A53 s  !!!!! Is Samsung not aware of this?

I actually found a solution to this and I use my A53 every day now. My original screen was destroyed after I dropped it so I got a cheap replacement on Amazon (which was an LCD instead of the original OLED), and It worked fine until the Android 14 update when it then stopped responding to touch. It seemed like it was a software bug caused by Samsung but I learned from this thread that the issue only occurs on aftermarket screens. The solution is just better parts. I was able to get an OLED aftermarket plus screen from mobilesentrix which has worked great. If the fingerprint sensor doesn't work, you have an LCD screen, and I would recommend trying to find an OLED one (which is the original screen type anyways) and that'll probably solve any touchscreen issues.

My 3 lines is not working .so I can't close tabs. Or go back to open ones. I have trued to switch on and off the navigation bar..no use

I am having the same problem,p a53 5g and I can't scroll down to shut phone down, so I don't know what to do.
