Type C earphones not working on call (Network or Whatsapp) A15

What do you mean by not working? They work with music? They work but your mic doesn't work?

They work with music and all other apps, but when calling someone, they cease working.

Are they compatible for use with calls on your phone? Some won't work because they are not compatible, for example HTC ones will not work with a newer Samsung phone.

@Meninos: Please be aware that Galaxy mobile devices do not feature a native call recording option. You may wish to check the Google Play Store to see if there is a third party app that meets your needs, however this may not be possible due to privacy laws that are in place in some countries, including the UK.

I was using the A14 and had a simmilar problem with both whatsaap and network calls, i found that pressing the volume up button while on the call worked.
