Hi,
Since I bought my A54 I realized that it the network/LTE connection keeps disconnecting. . I sometimes miss calls due to missing connection to the cellular network even though the phone is turned on. I frequently get inerrupted when surfing the inetnet or when having voice calls over third party apps (e.g. WhatsApp) while on LTE. So far, I've never been able to have a WhatsApp call without gettinh interrupted multiple times. I never have such issues with the same sim card and same location on my A70.
I tried resetting the settings and even factory resetting the phone but this did not help
I though of sending the phone to get repaired as part of the warranty (in europe) but I unfortunately don't have the receipt anymore. Not sure if that's possible?
I would appreciate if someone can help with this issue. Thanks

I would first suggest to reset the network settings in General Management Reset section @Priv
If that does not help run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
If still no resolution then seek assistance from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre or the network or business you purchased it from.
Check your emails fkr any relevant receipt or if paid for by card look for your bank statement which may suffice.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
