Does anyone else have this with this came installed with phone app.?

I saw this too a few months ago and have uninstalled it. Samsing has its own Device Care app, so should be any issue. I have an S22+

Opening it via Google Play Store still shows the same message.

Does it course any problem's if removed as I'm not very good with tech I'm worried about removing things came pre-istalled.?

I have not seen any issues since.

For your peace of mind, you can ask a question via the Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback to Samsung devs directly and/or contact Google for confirmation.

I do see that it has got installed again with no option to remove it now. Google Play Store shows the incompatibility message.

That's unfortunate sounds like best can do is disable it maybe.

Me too I never used it didn't even know was there until saw it by chance.

I tried uninstall not sure worked or not but hopefully as app in app store got no instill or unstable option and can't at moment lest find it apps in settings so hoping it gone.
