I have a Galaxy A52s. Recently it stopped connecting to the wifi and my sim cards don't connect either. The sim cards work perfectly in other phones so I know it's not a provider issue.

That's not good @Naturally Shanny   😔

First try resetting your Network Connection via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If that does not help clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section via >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

If that fails to help rum the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

As a last resort back up and factory reset.

Very last resort is to contact a Samsung Service Centre.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I had the same issue with network after the November OneUI 5.1 update (except WiFi still worked for me). I ended up getting an A54 5G instead because nobody seemed to be having luck with any steps to resolve it (including factory reset). Will grab the links to other forum posts and come back in case anyone found a fix!
