The phone number for SIM 1 on new Galaxy A71 gives a 176 code then eight zeros. Obviously this is not a real number. The sim card itself is new but it's real number has been in use for six years or more. In use the card seems to be functioning properly only in the display is it wrong. And this 'given number' cannot be edited. What should I do?

The second sim on this phone is a UK number that I need to run in tandem with the German number.

No memory card is installed.

My phone number did not show at all. There seems to be no way of editing the number. I took my SIM out, put it in an IPhone changed set the number and then put it back in my Samsung and it showed up OK. Someone else may know how you can change directly on the phone, but if you know someone with an iPhone this may help you.
