My partner has always had iPhone, but tried to move to android.  She has not done well, so is returning to iPhone.  I now have her Galaxy A50 and have used SmartSwitch to move data/settings/etc from my Galaxy S6.  I am now faced with some problems, because the A50 still thinks it belongs to my partner e.g.:

1. I have a message from Samsung account stating "To continue using services securely, sign in again".  When I do this, it defaults to my partner's email address.  If I override it and enter my password (the same one as for this account), I receive a message stating "Incorrect ID or password"

2. If I open YouTube, it defaults to my partner's account and doesn't allow me to change.  I can't even uninstall and re-install the app

3. If I go to contacts, it defaults to my partner's name

There are obviously some default settings somewhere that I have failed to find and change.

Kindly advise what I must do to make this Galaxy A mine and no longer my partner's.

Thanks

Settings - Accounts & Backup - Accounts. Then change the account email address etc from there to your email and password.

When in accounts it should list all the accounts the phone is logged into. I.e. Google, Samsung etc.
