I have a Galaxy A55 with dual SIMs. SIM 1 is on the 1pbroadband (EE) network and SIM 2 is O2. I'm based in the UK.
When I receive a call on SIM 1 that goes to voicemail then this goes to the SIM 2 voicemail number and I don't know why. See first screenshot which shows my current voicemail settings. Unsurprisingly, I want SIM 1 calls to go to SIM 1 voicemail, and SIM 2 calls to go to SIM 2 voicemail.
The Service Provider field shows "Ans Phone" for SIM 1 and "My carrier" for SIM 2. It does not appear to be possible to change the Service Provider setting (see screenshots #2 and #3). I can't find any explanation for the significance of "Ans Phone" vs "My carrier" - I'm guessing that these are set by the service provider.
In SIM manager, the preferred SIM for both calls and messages is SIM 1.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and is there a fix for it?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
