A56 visual voicemail issue

Hi 

I ve got issue with my visual voicemail.

Before my A56 i had a Xiaomi turning with lineage os, I had visual voicemail with the phonecall app from Google.

Since i bought A56 i can't use my visual voicemail in the phonecall app (Samsung or Google), i have to use the app from my mobile service provider. I don't have the option to enable it in the phone call app (under 3 dots).

Could you help me?

That's because provider prefers to use own app

Why they didnt do same thinks with my last phone, Xiaomi? It's same provider.
