welcome to our Community! 😊
Could you tell me if this behavior occurs with a specific application or with different applications?
Could you also provide me a photographic evidence in which the reported "transparent rectangular" is visible?
I can advise you to proceed with a system cache memory cleanup, called Wipe cache partition, following these steps:
I would like to reassure you that this operation will not delete any personal data, however, all those obsolete system cache files that can in some way generate temporary malfunctions will be deleted.
I remain at your complete disposal.
Have a nice day!

Hello @SIMO7AMED777,
thank you for your feedback and for the screenshots you provided.
In this case, before performing the Wipe Cache operation we recommended earlier, you could also proceed with clearing the data and cache of the single One UI Home process.
This way, you will perform a targeted cleanup of the process that manages this functionality.
Keep in mind that, once this operation is performed, you will need to reset the customizations such as wallpaper, theme, etc.
You can do this in the following way:
Settings
Applications
Next to “Personal applications” press the three lines with a down arrow
Enable “Show system applications”
Ok
One UI Home
Storage space
Clear data
Clear cache.
After that, you will need to restart the phone and check if it functions correctly.
If it is not sufficient, you can proceed with performing the Wipe Cache, which performs a deeper cleaning of residual files.
Let me know?
Bye!
