My A53 5G got updated to UI 5.0 on 9th November but it has still got October patch. 
Just checked, still no update. 
The November security update was included in my Android 13 upgrade yesterday 29 November. Maybe network provider is slow in releasing the update. Samsung pass the updates over to the network provider and they check it before releasing the updates out to their customers. UK (Sky Mobile) my network provider.
