Which text messaging app are you using @chud ?
The native Samsung variant or a 3rd party one ?
There should be no reason why you can't delete a text message.
Has this just started happening i.e have you been abke to delete texts before.
You could try clearing the cache of the messaging app via Settings, Apps, Choose App, Storage, Clear Cache and jf necessary clear data.
