Samsung A23 x washing machine

I accidentally forgot my phone in my pair of pants and it went through the washing machine , When i found out I put it in rice for about 24 hours and then tried charging it. Now all that appears is the Samsung Logo / Samsung Galaxy Logo and it just repeats itself. Its been doing it non stop for about a day and when it happens you can feel a little vibration like its turning on but just stays on the logos. Is there any way to possibly fix this?

Possibly leave it a bit longer to dry out. The fact it's turning on means it's not totally fried. Failing that then it would need to be inspected by authorised Samsung centre. Any insurance on it?

Not sure about the insurance , but which side should it be laid out on? The camera facing up or screen facing up?

Never had the pleasure tbh. What about storing it upright? Maybe leave it another 24hrs or as long as you can, and try again.

Try leaving ut a little longer and if you haven't already removed the sim tray @eli41 

Unfortunately as accidental damage is not covered under the Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty then Samsung would charge a fee to try and make the phone work again.
