I have an a15 phone and the samsung email app isn't working for my hotmail account. It has been but that was when I had to uninstall it and install it twice in different times because it was doing the same then and it began to work both times but then stopped. It's working for my yahoo account though and it's also working on my other phones without a bother. I don't want to uninstall and install it again because I know it will happen again. I've checked all my permissions and they are all ticked for notifications. So I'm stumped.
I've just installed it 😊, and it looks like I'm not the only one having trouble, too. I've been on the microsoft community, and it's happened to someone on too a couple of months ago
