Disappearing 5G and 4G on A55

Hi, Both I and my wife have Samsung A55 phones. Hers works alright but mine sometimes says only H+ connection is available, even when I'm standing next to a 4G/5G mast (hers says 4G or 5G at the same place). Once this happened there is no 4G or 5G, only H+ no matter what I try and how long I try it wait - except for restarting my phone. After the restart there is promptly 4G/5G connection again... for the next 4-6 days, as then the same happens again. Why is this? Anybody else experiencing similar? Thanks

Try reseting network settings.
Settings > general management > reset > reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings

Thanks, I already did that a month ago, it didn't seem to have any effect on the problem

Can you test your sim card in her phone as a process of elimination And her sim in your phone to see what happens 👀 

There is also a Diagnostic Tool found in your Samsung Members App. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary @SquirrelSpider

Hi, this is an issue with the One UI 6.1 update, I too had the same issue and have sent feedback to samsung, they have sent me an official response that they are looking into it
