Hi, wondering if anyone has any tips on how to sync my emails. Last week the server went down for a good few days & lots of people were affected by this, myself included.

I can see every email on a desktop & only some on my phone (samsung) - I've tried all the usual, uninstalling the app, clearing cache/data, restarting my phone etc. Nothing seems to work.

I prefer this email app to others. Any tips or solutions are greatly appreciated 😁 thanks.

Hi
To sync emails on a Samsung device, you'll need to ensure your email account is properly set up within the Samsung Email app or your chosen email app and that auto-sync is enabled. You may also need to configure sync settings for your specific email account within the app.

Steps to Sync Emails:

Open the Email App: Locate and open the Samsung Email app (or your preferred email app).

Check Account Setup: Ensure your email account (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) is correctly added and configured within the app.

Enable Auto-Sync (if needed):

Navigate to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts.

Select your email account.

Tap on "Sync account" or "Sync settings".

Make sure the "Auto sync data" or "Sync email" option is enabled.

Configure Sync Schedule:

Within the email app's settings for your account, locate the "Sync schedule" or similar option.

Choose your preferred sync frequency (e.g., automatically, manually, or at specific intervals).

Check Internet Connection: Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network
