Samsung A71 front camera zoomed in on third party apps?

So basically I recieved my new Samsung A71 today and on all third party apps the front camera is very zoomed in and can barely fit my face in the full frame. In the camera app it is fine, but when I use apps such as Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Omegle the front facing camera is zoomed in. Anyone else having a problem with this? Any fixes for it?

So I went to live chat support on the Samsung website and it took a few goes but I think we got somewhere - it worked for Instagram at least.

1. Go to settings - apps - show system apps

2. Force stop the app (TikTok or whatever)

3. Clear the cache

4. Reset the app preferences

5. Uninstall app

6. Reinstall app

7. Turn phone off

8. Turn phone back on

9. Try again

What will happen when I clear cache, like I just want to know that I wont loose media or something by doing that ?

That sounds like BS. If anyone wants to go through all that and let me know if it fixed Snapchat zoom in issue, that would be great. Lol!
