I just realized my phone recording became mono and only Head Microphone is working.
I think it happened after I updated my phone.
It doesn't seem like a hardware issue , because when I'm recording with a stereo recorder , one side is not muted its only mono with head microphone sound.
It's happening in camera too , sound is mono.
Can it be hardware issue ? What should I do?

I tried a mic testing app and heres result
As you can see in stereo mode it's using top (left) mic for both channels

Try the tests via Hardware test:
go over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests.
If all.else fails can you get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
