samsung a71 freezing and black screen

My Samsung A71 no longer wants to turn on, when i press on the on button it just stays black and when I press the on and volume down button, I get a strange error screen. This started a few days ago when only the screen sometimes froze, but now it doesn't turn on at all. does anyone know what to do?

Hey there

I'm a bit confused as to why you are pressing "on and volume down" to start the device???

What happens when you simply press and hold the on button? It should after a few seconds vibrate then the Samsung logo should appear....

i have tried that but then nothing happens at all

Ultimately you may need to seek assistance from a Samsung Service Centre.
