A52 Issue with USB after update

Hi, i've got my mom phone a Samsung A528/DS for which the touch screen stopped to work from night to day, I've tried first of all to connect the USB with the otc and initially work, I've followed the procedure to try to fix the issue by updating the software but, after a couple of updates, now the issue is even worse, if before the update I can still use the mouse with the USB and do something right now I cannot do anything.

The connected USB mouse won't work because I've got a message like "To use the USB device please unlock the phone" but how can I do it if the touchpad doesn't work? i need to retrieve the file that she had there

That is a tricky situation. A security update a little bit ago added a feature where after 1 hour of being locked, the usb port turns off.

I'd say just take it to a samsung store. If the touchscreen isn't working and the port has been disabled. I don't have any easy ideas to get into it.

Many thanks for the quick answer, the thing that made me mad is that on the Samsung portal I saw a possible way to fix the issue of the touch screen blocked as download the lastest update and so is what I've done (without first retrieve the data from the phone trusting the Samsung teams) and now I'm in this situation without any further possibility 😩
