Hi Community,

On november 1st i've updated my A52 with normal SW update as proposed by Samsung. I did it regularly as usual (when notified) .

After the update OneUI 6.1/ Android 14, Security update Oct 1st/ Kernel Linux 4.1.190-perf.... ) , impossible to connect anymore on Cellular Network, only Wifi/Bluetooth

I've wiped cache partition, reset network settings and even do factory reset but issue is still there

Please help ?

Samsung have fixed the issue seemingly with an app update, make sure to check the galaxy store for app updates

Unfortunately I am not able to open samsung store because its erroring out saying that imei is missing.

The normal updates also do not work so not sure how to get this fix. Was this done on firmware level? Would loading new version with ofin work?

Hello

I have the exact same issue of my galaxy a54 (tried all the fix), I cannot find any update and reported the error to Samsung multiple times now. Do you know if they are planning to release the fix also for other models soon?

Hello

I confirm that on galaxy store there is an update to Samsung pass and quick share (dated February 7th) that fixed the issue for me. Thank you for keeping us informed

Looks like you used odin to root your device, you probably need to flash your stock firmware on to the device using odin to get your imei back, otherwise you might need to contact your carrier, unfortunately rooting your device also voids warranty

It appears the issue was fixed with an app update on the galaxy store so it might have been app related

Glad to hear that fixed the issue for you, I think it was more to do with the continuity app update but I could be wrong
