Mobile data issues on galaxy a55

I got myself a galaxy a55 about a month ago now and i noticed that when i use my mobile data it stops working after about an hour even though it still shows the 4g+ symbol the internet wont work. The only way to make it work against is to turn on airplane mode and then turn it off. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Sorry to hear of your issues.

Please perform a Reset MOBILE Network Settings on your device.

You will not lose any data and your network will update your APN automatically within a few seconds of connecting to their network.

Hi this is my 2nd Samsung A55 both do not make sound when someone is ringing me.i sent the 1st phone back because of this& got another which was dearer from another seller.but this is having the same issues when someone rings it turns my volume to vibrate but I had vibrate off so I'm not hearing any calls.i made sure my volume was on loud so why does it keep changing it's setting. On my last phone Samsung support told me to do a quick reset& I did but that changed nothing.whats happening to these phones?

I still have this issue even after doing the reset. Why is that? Phone model is A55, purchased in Philippines, problem only appeared in December 2024. I got my unit in May 2024, and didn't have this issue until Decmeber 2024.

I bought a55 in Singapore, same problem started in December after converted physical Sim to eSIM

my phone was stuck in 3G mode after mobile reset it fixed.

Same issue it started last night , i bought my phone here in the philippines last january , i did reset put in airplane mode but the data isnt working ! Theres a 4g but no internet its says i thought i got a pretty phone i didnt see this coming
