Mobile data issues on galaxy a55

I got myself a galaxy a55 about a month ago now and i noticed that when i use my mobile data it stops working after about an hour even though it still shows the 4g+ symbol the internet wont work. The only way to make it work against is to turn on airplane mode and then turn it off. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi

I got a new Samsung A55 5G yesterday.  All worked beautifully, it did  the latest software update to 1 April 2025.

However this afternoon it says no mobile network, and I have reset as advised above, then put the settings to match my network-  alas it still does not work.

Not sure if it would work for everyone, but I had the same issue for more than 5 months, then I had my sim card replaced to a new one. Now I haven't encountered it since then.

Hi my a55 has no mobile network option in settings, how do I reset to 4g?

Since I had my simcard replaced, I haven't encountered the same issue anymore.
