I'm having an issue with my Galaxy A14 that I don't know if anyone is having at the moment but I like to share it if this is causing the problem with your A14 devices.

When the phone is in use for a certain minutes the WiFi randomly disconnects then the phone crashes and restarts, I also noticed that the phone also gets warm for some reason.
If you're wondering if has happened before, this hasn't been happening on the previous One UI Core 6 software so I'm wondering if it's causing the same problem on all A14 models.
I'm not entirely certain if it's causing the problem for the A14 5G version but I'm curious to see if this problem is affecting on these two phones.

If you have this same problem, please comment about it, I'm wondering if it's causing this issue on your A14.

Thanks.

@Tomokokuroki: To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Side button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.

With Safe mode active, monitor the performance of the device for a few hours, based on the frequency that you encounter the issue. If you find that Wi-Fi maintains its connectivity, then please restart your A14 as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore I recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.

To enable Safe Mode on a Samsung Galaxy phone, completely power off the device. Then, turn it back on, and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down button until the device finishes booting. Safe Mode will be indicated at the bottom left of the screen. Alternatively, you can press and hold the power button until the power options appear, then tap and hold the "Power off" option until a "Safe mode" option appears, and then tap that

Update: After formatting and doing some other things it still crashes.
I think this could be some software related issue.

@Tomokokuroki: If your issue persisted while Safe mode was active then I recommend arranging for the phone to be inspected by an authorised Samsung engineer, who can get to the root of the problem for you. To do so, head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us > Get in touch with our Support Team via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further. Alternatively, head to the Samsung Members app > Support > Repair service > Find a service centre.

Before you go ahead, if you have not already done so, I recommend backing up your data and performing a factory data reset. This will return the phone to it's default factory settings, and may resolve the issue without the need for an inspection. For a guide on how to proceed, please click on the link below.
