One UI 7 issue on Galaxy A14

I'm having an issue with my Galaxy A14 that I don't know if anyone is having at the moment but I like to share it if this is causing the problem with your A14 devices.

When the phone is in use for a certain minutes the WiFi randomly disconnects then the phone crashes and restarts, I also noticed that the phone also gets warm for some reason. 

If you're wondering if has happened before, this hasn't been happening on the previous One UI Core 6 software so I'm wondering if it's causing the same problem on all A14 models. 

I'm not entirely certain if it's causing the problem for the A14 5G version but I'm curious to see if this problem is affecting on these two phones.

If you have this same problem, please comment about it, I'm wondering if it's causing this issue on your A14.

I’ve noticed something similar on my A14 since updating to One UI 7. The Wi-Fi will randomly drop, and a couple of times the phone has restarted on its own. It also seems to heat up more than it used to, which never really happened on One UI 6.

It might be a software issue tied to the update since it started right after installing it. For now, what helped a little for me was clearing the system cache from recovery mode and also checking if all apps were updated in the Galaxy Store and Play Store. It hasn’t fully solved it, but the random restarts are less frequent. website

Hopefully Samsung patches this in a stability update soon. You’re definitely not the only one seeing this on the A14.
