Hi all, my Samsung A53 updated to Android 15 and UI7, and suddenly doesn't connect anymore to mobile data. How can I fix it? anyone else with the same issue? The internet provider said it is a software issue that has to be solved by Samsung.

I have signal for call and messages, but no internet. I tried the sim in another phone with Android 14 and it works fine. I tried it also in another phone with Android 15 and the same problem, all good for calls but no internet.

I tried the SIM in another phone from another brand, and it works. I think it's an Android problem. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Yes, I have same issue. After updating Android 15, it stops mobile internet service. sometimes incoming and outgoing calling problem. It shows signal, but no internet service as well as when i try to make a call the mobile signals degrades. When I insert the sim into another mobile without android 15 version, the calling, internet service getting well. When i saw the problem, i replaced my sim card from sim service provide. But did not work and same problem is happening. I set up all required setting due to this problem. Even, when this problem not solved, i reset the phone factory reset. But the problem is same. Very annoyed.. What is the solution??
