You can check via two ways to updaye your phone.
1. Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
2. Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

If your phone has been imported then the phone is reliant on the region it was released in sending out the update.
Updates are sent out in waves which are region , phone model, phone model eligibility, phone build and serial number dependant.
A phone will only recieve so many software updates and security patch updates.

I'm in the UK so my Country Specific Code { CSC } is EUX also.
List-of-samsung-galaxy-csc-country-specific-product-code-region.
Sometimes removing the sim card and then reinserted the sim card can help.
Also inserting a completely different networks sim card can instigate set up files and software update.
Very rarely a back up and factory reset can instigate this but that's a very last resort.
A Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store maybe able to assist.
