Samsung A21s On EE Still On September 2020 Security Patch.

Hi All, I've Been Using My Galaxy A21s For 2 Months Now And I've Gotten It Out Of The Box On The September 2020 Security Patch. Since Then I Haven't Been Recieving Updates. This Phone Was Bought From Argos In The UK. Argos Was Selling It Saying Its Locked To EE.

same hear it's more then a bit worrying. like now new phone came out ignoring slightly older one.

but didn't get locked to EE message.

unfortunately I think that's just the way it is with the cheaper a series phones, it's really naughty, only the top end S series gets constant updates.

According to Sam firmware the last update was November.

On Samsung Members It Says The A21s Will Get One Ui 3.0 With Android 11 On June.

that's very worrying as got my phone literally for xmas and not updating already what should do.
tried asking them about it once but unclear message.

If you have access to a PC you can download Smart Switch to it and see if it will update, that way.

Hmm, strange! Can you go to settings, about phone and confirm exact model number, then click on software version and tell me the baseband?
