Samsung A21s On EE Still On September 2020 Security Patch.

Hi All, I've Been Using My Galaxy A21s For 2 Months Now And I've Gotten It Out Of The Box On The September 2020 Security Patch. Since Then I Haven't Been Recieving Updates. This Phone Was Bought From Argos In The UK. Argos Was Selling It Saying Its Locked To EE.

Have we discussed this before? It seems familiar. Anyway, the device needs to be flashed manually. EE can do this quite easily and it only takes about 10 minutes. All your data will remain safe. You could try flashing it yourself but there's always the possibility it may go wrong which wouldn't be covered under warranty.

I've Looked At Other Build Numbers Of The Phone. They Dont Get Uodates Either. Sad Samsung Dont Update The A21s.

getting ridiculous now . nearly 5 months without a patch and yet you look at other countries and some of them have had a november and a January update

Exactly, Why Do EE Take Long To Push Out Their Updates.

not even EE I'm on 3 and its getting annoying as some of the discussions I'm in the people from the other countries are saying theyve recalibrate the screen so it's got better colour . if you google it loads of countries are on ui 2.5 and I'm stuck on 2.1

just got the update . everything seems a little smoother I think screen colour is a touch better too
