Help needed, can't log on to online banking, saying router changed.

Need help pls, can't  log on to internet banking, saying router changed.  Not a clue where it sits, let alone how to change it. Any one knows of a simple way to get rid of it pls.

have you tried turning your wifi off and using your mobile data to try and access the app? also try restarting your phone and making sure its upto date (to check for updates go into settings, software update and then press download and install)

Hi @adrenaline ,  some good advice by @Harveyx1 .  However  are you using an app for Internet Banking or going to the web address and if the latter are you sure it is the correct site?  If using a web page try clearing the history or use a different browser. If the app or still not solved (which many use on a mobile) and not solved by using mobile data  or disconnecting/reconnecting to wifi   certainly try restarting and check for updates.   Another thing is to check your Android version is compatible with your Bank's requirements but think Android 7 and above is usually fine (sometimes 6 is ok)

For some issues it is  advantageous to Reboot your Router, so hopefully you can find out where it is located in due course, did someone else set it up?
