Resetting my password

Hi, this is a very simple issue but having trouble carrying it out.

I'm trying to change the email on my Samsung account but I need to put the password in to carry that out but the passwords I have saved don't work and even though I'm logged in on my phone I could go to security to change the password but I would need to put the old one in first and of course I don't know it. 

I've been trying to reset my password and I get to the stage where samsung sends me a notification to my phone with a code and all I have to do is input the code and then I can change my password. 
The problem I have is, is when I get the notification on my phone with the code and then I go back to chrome to put the code in the site has already refreshed and when the site loads up because it's just refreshed it sends out another code and I'm constantly in this loop. 

Would there be a easier way for me to reset my password because the notification thing isn't working for me and my phone is that bad it just refreshes all the time as if has little memory to remember anything.

My phone is a Galaxy a15 SM-A155F/DSN

You could try a different browser.. if all else fails. You can get the code on your phone and type it in on website on a pc / laptop browser
